SJC Trading (Pty) Ltd is a black empowered construction and engineering outfit established in 1999.

Our East London-based headquarters focus on public and private sector clients throughout the E a s t e r n Cape; while our newly-established Kempton Park branch positions the company to pursue p r o j e c t s nationally and in Africa.

This performance is underpinned by a service excellence culture that champions professionalism, prioritizes client’s needs and objectives, a n d promotes the delivery of effective a n d efficient solutions in building construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and construction project management.

We are also committed to empowering the communities we reach through our projects by creating contract-based employment opportunities for previously disadvantaged individuals; and also offering internships to qualified tertiary education graduates in building engineering, quantity surveying, electrical engineering and construction project management.

We are recognized as a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor; with membership at the Master Builder Association, National Home Builders Association and a 7GB PE, 5CE PE, 1ME PE, 1SQ PE and 1SH PE grading by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
